Refunds & cancellation

Short version

Subscriptions do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to forget about. Paid plans are non-refundable. Every plan is preceded by a free trial so you can judge the product before paying.

No auto-renewal

AIPrepX plans are one-off purchases, not recurring subscriptions. When a plan expires it simply stops; we do not store your card and we do not charge you again. If you want to continue, you buy another plan deliberately. There is no cancellation step because there is nothing recurring to cancel.

Refunds

As set out in clause 5 of our Terms of Service, all purchases of paid plans are final. We do not offer refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, including for unused subscription time.

We ask you to try the free trial first for exactly this reason — it gives you access to the text features so you can decide before any money changes hands.

If something went wrong

A no-refund policy is not a no-support policy. If you were charged twice, if a plan did not activate, or if the Service was unavailable for a sustained period during your plan, write to contact@aiprepx.com and we will put it right. Billing errors are not refunds — we fix those.

Buying from outside India

Where a purchase is processed by a third-party merchant of record, that provider's own refund and chargeback terms apply to the transaction in addition to this policy, and will govern where the two differ.

Account deletion

You may stop using AIPrepX at any time and request account deletion by emailing contact@aiprepx.com from your registered address. Per clause 5 of the Terms, no refund is payable on termination.
