What to write to us about

Billing or access problems — include the email you signed up with and roughly when the problem started.
Account deletion — email us from your registered address and we will delete your account and its data.
Tax treatment in your jurisdiction — see clause 4 of the Terms, or ask us.
Anything that looks broken — a screenshot and the time it happened is usually enough for us to find it.

Response times

We are a small team. Expect a reply within two business days. If something is stopping you using a plan you paid for, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
